Paul Turner FCA lives on a small farm in Breaston with "her outdoors". Paul plays various musical instruments and has sung and played in various bands, currently 20+ years with "Loose Follicles" playing 50/60s rock 'n Roll and also recently “Executive Decision” AO/prog and folk rock. He is also a keen dinghy sailor racing National 12 dinghies in competitions across the country and collects and restores famous/rare vintage (wooden/clinker) N12 boats. He has been a member of Trent Valley Sailing Club for many years.
Paul founded the Derby & Sandiacre Canal Trust & Society in 1993 (and is still a director of the Trust) - the scheme is successfully progressing the restoration of the former Derby Canal to full navigation to create a 12 mile linear park through the City of Derby and generate many 1,000's of temporary and permanent jobs; outline planning permission for the full scheme was obtained in late 2011. Paul was founder President of Long Eaton Dawnbreakers Rotary, a "dual gender" (i.e. mixed!) club which meets weekly at 7.00am at Cafe Zing in Long Eaton.
His other business interests over the years have included supplying pa and lighting equipment to radio stations, marine chandlery and sail making, and property development (as well as farming and equestrian enterprise).
Diane Lockwood ACA FCCA ATT is the partner responsible for audit registration and looking after the majority of our charity registered clients advising and assisting whenever possible, recently assisting with the set-up of two local church based charities; she is a member of Trinity Methodist Church, Long Eaton.
Married to Kevin and living near to Derby, she enjoys sporting activities being a team member playing tennis and badminton both socially and in local leagues. Diane is also involved with Ockbrook and Borrowash Tennis Club acting as Club Secretary. When watching sport Diane confesses to regularly attending 'Meadow Lane' to watch her favoured football team.
