Chancellor Philip Hammond delivered his 2017 Spring Budget speech yesterday, outlining significant changes to various tax and financial measures.

His speech unveiled a raft of amendments, including a support package for firms in England affected by the business rates revaluation and an announcement that unincorporated businesses and landlords with turnover below the VAT registration threshold will have until 2019 to prepare for quarterly reporting under the new Making Tax Digital initiative.
